As Principal and Chief Investment Officer for Tailwind Advisors, John Batton is responsible for all aspects of portfolio construction and research including asset allocation, investment manager evaluation, and due diligence.

From 2005 to 2008, John worked for Alcon Laboratories, the world's largest eye‐care company. While there he managed the investment strategies of multi‐billion dollar ERISA and offshore captive insurance portfolios, international finance company portfolios, and corporate excess liquidities. Additionally, he was responsible for a wide variety of corporate treasury activities. His prior work experience includes time as a Treasury Consultant at Bank of America and as a Senior Analyst in American Airlines' Revenue Management Group.

John serves on the board of Novaria Group, LLC and as the treasurer of the Adera Foundation. He holds a BBA in finance, a BA in Spanish linguistics, and an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin. He is a CFA Charterholder, and a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Dallas‐Fort Worth. John lives in Fort Worth, Texas with his wife and three children.

As Senior Investment Analyst for Tailwind Advisors, Joey is responsible for performing due diligence, manager performance reviews, and investment analysis. Additionally, Joey evaluates client portfolio allocations and performance.

Prior to joining Tailwind Advisors, Joey worked at EFO Holdings, a Dallas based private equity firm, where he analyzed distressed investment opportunities and helped prepare a portfolio company for public divestiture. Joey also worked at JPMorgan Private Bank as an analyst, where he assisted ultra‐ high net worth families with their investment and credit needs.

Joey holds a BBA in finance from Texas Christian University, where he sat on the University's Educational Investment Fund (EIF) as portfolio manager. He is a CFA Charterholder, and a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Dallas‐Fort Worth. Joey currently resides in Fort Worth, Texas with his wife.

Jeff Dillard is a founding Principal of Tailwind Advisors. In addition to his work at Tailwind, Jeff serves as President of Cobra Oil & Gas Corporation in Wichita Falls, Texas. Jeff is a former member of the Chancellor's Advisory Council at TCU, and a partner in Fort Construction, LP, Legacy Timber and Sidonian Partners, LP in Fort Worth. He is also a co‐owner of Falls Distributing Company, a shareholder and Director of Property Damage Appraisers Inc. (PDA) and organizer, shareholder and Director of Fidelity Bank in Wichita Falls.

Jeff is a member of the World Presidents' Organization and serves on the Board of Trustees for All Saints’ Episcopal School of Fort Worth. He graduated from the University of Texas in 1981 with a BBA specializing in Petroleum Land Management. Jeff, his wife and children live in Fort Worth, Texas.

Heather is Controller of Tailwind Advisors as well as Tailwind Oil & Gas (TOG), Tailwind Real Estate Equities (TREE) and all of their affiliates. Heather is responsible for internal and operational accounting as well as financial reporting for all Tailwind entities.

Prior to joining Tailwind, Heather was the Controller for Hutco Energy Services, Inc. and all of its affiliates. From 2003 to 2010, Heather served as Assistant Controller for Crestline Investors, Inc.

Heather serves on the NICU Helping Hands Board of Directors and volunteers for the Cook Children’s Endocrine Hyperinsulinism program. She is a sustaining member of the Fort Worth Junior League where she has been a member for 13 years. A graduate of Texas Christian University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, Heather resides in Fort Worth with her husband and three sons.

Aubrey Gideon is the Director of Investment Operations for Tailwind Advisors. In this role, she serves as the primary operational contact across the treasury and investment functions.

Prior to joining Tailwind Advisors, Aubrey was an Assistant Vice President and Trust Officer for First Financial Trust & Asset Management Company. During her tenure with First Financial Trust, she administrated trusts and estates, individual investment management accounts, corporate investment management accounts, retirement accounts and foundations.

Aubrey received her Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting from Tarleton State University and her Masters of Business Administration from Texas Christian University. She is a current board member of the YWCA and the Partnership for Philanthropic Planning.

A Principal and co‐founder of Tailwind Advisors, Stewart Henderson brings extensive experience in banking, investments and other financial services to the Tailwind team.

From 1992 to 2009, Stewart served as a Managing Director of the J.P. Morgan Private Bank in Fort Worth, Texas, where he coordinated J.P. Morgan resources to provide asset allocation, investment management, trust & estate, fiduciary and credit advice to ultra high net worth clients. He also served as President of JPMorgan Chase Bank for the Fort Worth market for a portion of this time. Prior to joining the Private Bank, Stewart was involved in commercial and real estate banking at JPMorgan Chase, Hall Financial and First National Bank in Dallas.

Stewart serves on the board of Novaria Group, LLC; Aspen Heights, a developer and manager of student housing communities; and on the Advisory Board of BBVA Compass Bank in Fort Worth. He is a past President and board member of Lena Pope Home, Inc. and currently serves as President of the Lena Pope Foundation Board. A graduate of Southern Methodist University with a BBA in Finance, Stewart resides in Fort Worth, Texas with his wife and three sons.

E. J. Nader is Chief Financial Officer of Tailwind Advisors as well as Tailwind Oil & Gas (TOG), Tailwind Real Estate Equities and all of their affiliates. E. J. played an integral role in the formation of TOG’s first investment fund, Tailwind Oil and Gas Fund, LP, which initially closed in March 2012.

Prior to joining Tailwind in early 2012, E. J. was a Senior Manager in the financial services practice at KPMG LLP. During his ten years at KPMG he specialized in providing attestation and advisory services to investment advisors and funds, including private equity funds, hedge funds, credit funds, registered investment advisors, and broker‐dealers. Prior to joining KPMG in 2002, he spent three years at Arthur Andersen LLP, where he worked with a number of public and private clients in the energy and technology industries.

E. J. is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He received his BBA in accounting and finance from Texas Christian University as well as a Master of Professional Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin. E. J. resides in Fort Worth, Texas with his wife and two daughters.

Abby Reardon serves as Director of Operations for Tailwind Advisors. Abby is responsible for all aspects of client service, driving and coordinating operational activities as a liaison between our team and our clients.

Prior to joining Tailwind Advisors, Abby was employed at All Saints’ Episcopal School in Fort Worth. At All Saints’ Abby worked on the Capital Campaign and later served as the Parent Relations and Special Events Manager.

Abby received a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Texas at Austin and currently resides in Fort Worth, Texas with her husband.

J. Searcy is President of Tailwind Real Estate Equities (TREE) and has been active in the commercial real estate industry since 1986. J. is responsible for identifying investment opportunities for Tailwind clients through direct acquisitions, equity investment, and debt/ownership recapitalization in Texas and the southern US Region. The focus is on stabilized and value‐add opportunities across all of the major asset classes including office, retail, industrial, and multi‐family. To date, TREE has invested directly, or as a limited partner in over $200MM worth of assets.

Prior to joining Tailwind in 2010, J. was managing broker of Searcy Vasseur Group, a boutique commercial brokerage firm located in Fort Worth. During his time at Searcy Vasseur Group he closed over $250 million in gross sales/lease transactions. He has had extensive experience in the sale, leasing, and valuation of all types of commercial properties including industrial, office, retail, multi‐family, and land developments.

J. was previously a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and is a member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI). He is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and former member of Coldwell Banker Commercial’s national advisory Board. He has been active in several local charities including serving on the Board of the Presbyterian Night Shelter and Easter Seals of North Texas. J. resides in Fort Worth, Texas with his wife and two children.
